International students currently enrolled in one of Providence University’s exchange schools who wish to study at Providence University as exchange students should download the application form and submit it along with the following materials directly to the Office of International Affairs.

- An application form

- An official home university transcript
- Two copies of a health certificate from a hospital dated within 3 months
- prior to the date of application.
- A photocopy of the first page of your passport
- Three passport-size photographs
- Two letters of recommendation
- Study plan
- Proof that the applicant has the financial resources to support his/her living expenses, books and other school related fees.
